As someone who enjoys scootering and cycling, I was excited to try this out for my daily trips in New York. It does a decent job on flat surfaces and is quite convenient for short distances, but I've had a few issues. The app integration is supposed to make things easier, but it often disconnects or doesn't respond, which is annoying when I'm trying to adjust settings. The suspension is a highlight, making rides over rough pavement more comfortable, but I wish it was more reliable overall. For a family buyer like me, it's okay for occasional use, but I'm not fully satisfied. It seems like it could use some improvements to live up to its promises. :)
- Pros: I quite liked how smooth the ride feels over bumpy streets, thanks to the suspension that handles potholes well. It's light and easy to carry, fitting nicely in my car trunk, and the motor provides a good amount of power for getting around the city. The battery lasts long enough for my daily commutes, and I appreciate that it's environmentally friendly.
- Cons: The app control seems a bit glitchy at times, not always connecting properly, which is frustrating. The build quality could be better; some parts feel less sturdy than I expected. It's not as fast as I'd hoped on hills, and the overall experience feels a bit overhyped for the price.
