i bought this on a whim because i needed something for getting around san antonio without driving all the time, and as a teacher, it's been a solid addition to my routine. i use it for short trips to school and back, and it folds up nicely to fit in my classroom. the comfort is great with the shock absorption, so i don't feel every little bump, and the lights are bright enough for evening rides. but honestly, i'm a bit disappointed with the weight—it's not as portable as i expected, and the app issues are frustrating. still, for zipping around town, it does the job well, and i feel safe on it. :)
