before i got this, my towels were always damp and had that musty smell no matter what i did, especially here in phoenix where it's dry but the bathroom stays humid, now they're dry and fresh every time i grab one, it was easy to set up with the regular outlet and fits in the corner without taking up much space, i use it mostly for hand towels and it heats up quick, though i wish it had a better way to manage the heat or more settings, overall it does what it says and has made my routine better, but i keep an eye on it cause it runs hot
- Pros: it dries towels fast and keeps them warm, which is great after a shower, the build feels solid and handles bathroom moisture well, and it doesn't use much power so my electricity bill hasn't gone up much
- Cons: it gets quite hot to the touch sometimes, which makes me a bit nervous, and the automatic cycles seem a bit finicky, not always turning off when i expect, plus it's only good for smaller items not big towels
