before i got this, i always had to deal with chilly towels after bathing, which was quite unpleasant, especially in delhi's cooler months. now, it's better, but not perfect. compared to other warmers i've seen, this one does the job but feels a bit slow and not as reliable. it's most likely okay for occasional use, but i wish it heated up quicker and more evenly. overall, it's an upgrade, but i'm not fully satisfied.
- Pros: it warms towels nicely, making them feel cozy after a shower, which is a big improvement over cold ones. the build feels solid and it looks good in the bathroom, fitting well with other things. there's enough space for a few towels at once, which is handy for the family.
- Cons: it takes a while to heat up, so you have to plan ahead, and sometimes the warmth isn't even across all the rods. for the price, i expected it to work a bit faster and more consistently. it's also a bit bulky, taking up more room than i'd like.
