from what i feel, i bought this hoping for a reliable way to get to work and run errands without breaking a sweat, but reality has been a mix. it does the job fairly well, saving me money on fuel compared to my old car, but it's not as effortless as i imagined. the gears shift nicely, but the pedal assist can be unpredictable—sometimes it kicks in too strong, other times not enough. i've used it for a couple of weeks now, and while it's handy for short trips, i miss the comfort of a more refined bike i test-rode once. for the price, it's decent, but i wish it felt more polished and intuitive.
- Pros: the motor gives a nice boost when i pedal, making hills feel easier, and i appreciate that the battery lasts fairly long for my daily commutes. the lights are bright and help me feel safe riding in the evening, and the tires handle wet roads well without slipping. it's good for getting around without much effort.
- Cons: i expected it to be smoother; the assist levels don't always respond as i'd like, feeling a bit jerky at times. the display is hard to read in direct sunlight, and the seat isn't very comfortable for longer rides. it's a bit heavier than i hoped, making it tricky to carry up stairs.
