DUOTTS E29 Electric Bike: Responsive torque sensor
Picture this: you're halfway up a hill that would make most bikes groan, but the DUOTTS E29 Electric Bike just laughs and powers on. At its heart is a 250W Bafang motor that doesn't just whisper sweet nothings—it roars with a peak of 720W and 50Nm of torque, making light work of 30° slopes and capping out at a brisk 25km/h. The secret sauce? A torque sensor so responsive, it feels like the bike reads your mind, offering pedal assist that's as natural as breathing and a range that just keeps going.
And speaking of range, the 48V 13.5Ah removable battery is the marathon runner of e-bike power sources, pushing up to 90km on a single charge. Rain or shine, its waterproof design shrugs off the elements like a seasoned commuter. Comfort isn't an afterthought, either. With a ZOOM front fork and DNM rear shock, the E29 eats bumps for breakfast, while Maxxis tires and Shimano hydraulic brakes ensure you stick to the road like glue and stop on a dime. The 2×7-speed gears let you fine-tune your ride with surgeon-like precision, and the 3.5" LCD display? It's your command center, keeping tabs on every metric and even juicing up your gadgets with Type-C charging. This isn't just an e-bike—it's your new favorite way to conquer the concrete jungle.

As a stay-at-home dad in LA, I got this bike to stay fit and get around with my family, and it's been a game-changer. The power is very impressive, climbs steep hills without a sweat, and the ride is smooth even on rough roads. The battery life is awesome, I've gone on long rides and still had plenty left. But man, it's bulky, and lifting it is a pain. The display could be better, but it does the job. Overall, it's a solid choice for someone like me who needs reliability and fun, even if it's not perfect. I'd recommend it with some reservations :)
- Pros: The motor is super strong and makes hills feel easy, it's like the bike knows what I'm thinking when I pedal. The battery lasts a long time, I can go for miles without worrying about running out of juice. It handles bumps really well and stops on a dime, feels safe and comfy for riding around the city.
- Cons: Kinda heavy to carry up stairs, and the display is a bit small and hard to read in bright sunlight. The price was a stretch for my budget, and I wish it had more color options or something to make it stand out. Could be wrong, but the charging port feels a bit flimsy.
