From what I feel, it arrived on time and was ready to go. The live feed on the remote is clear, so I can see exactly what the camera sees, which helps a lot with framing shots. The image quality is impressive, making our holiday videos look professional. It flies smoothly and returns on its own if it loses signal, which gives peace of mind.
