WiseGear T17P Deadbolt Smart Lock with Handle Set: Keyless entry with multiple access methods
Ever find yourself fumbling for keys at the door? The Deadbolt Smart Lock with Handle Set is here to save the day—and your sanity. It's not just smart; it's practically genius, offering a smorgasbord of ways to get in: tap an app, punch in a code, swipe a fingerprint, wave a key fob, or go old-school with a mechanical key. (Because sometimes, tech fails, and that's okay.) Need to let someone in while you're out? No sweat. Whip up one-time, timed, or recurring codes faster than you can say 'Who's there?'—perfect for pizza deliveries, your forgetful aunt, or the dog walker.
Installing this bad boy? Easier than assembling flat-pack furniture (and way more satisfying). It slots right into standard American doors, no extra holes required. Plus, it's got tricks up its sleeve: auto-lock for when you're too tired to remember, and passage mode for those days when the door's more revolving than a politician's promises. And don't even worry about the weather—this lock laughs in the face of extreme temps and comes with an IP66 waterproof rating. Rain, shine, or snowpocalypse, it's got your back.

Before getting this, I was tired of fumbling with keys and thought a smart lock would make life easier. After using it for a couple of months, I'm disappointed. While it does offer convenience with the various entry methods, the technical hiccups are a letdown. The auto-lock not working consistently means I have to double-check it manually, which defeats the purpose. The app issues make it hard to trust for letting people in remotely, and the battery drain is annoying. It's not a complete failure, but for the price, I expected better reliability. I wouldn't recommend it to friends unless they're okay with occasional frustrations. :(
- Pros: The packaging was intact, and installation was straightforward, fitting my door without any extra work. I appreciate having multiple ways to unlock, like using an app, a code, or a fingerprint, which is handy for different situations. It's also reassuring that it works in all kinds of weather, from hot days to heavy rain, without any issues.
- Cons: From what I feel, the auto-lock feature is super unreliable—it sometimes doesn't engage when it should, leaving me worried about security. The app can be glitchy and slow to respond, making remote access frustrating. Also, the battery life seems shorter than expected, requiring frequent changes, which is a hassle for something that's supposed to be smart.
