Before I got this machine, I was using a simple drip coffee maker and dreaming of making my own espresso drinks like in the cafes. After buying it on a whim, I've been using it for a couple of weeks now. It's nice that it heats up quickly and the grinder lets me adjust things to my taste, which is fun for experimenting. The touchscreen is straightforward with those preset buttons, and I appreciate the help with tamping and frothing milk, it does make things easier. But honestly, it doesn't always deliver perfect results; sometimes the espresso comes out weak or the milk texture is off, especially with almond milk. For the cost, I expected more reliability, and it's a bit bulky in my small kitchen. Overall, it's an upgrade from my old setup, but not the game-changer I hoped for. I'd say it's okay, but maybe not worth the splurge if you're on a tight budget like me. :)
- Pros: I liked how it heats up super fast, ready to go almost instantly, and the grinder has lots of options to tweak the flavor just right. The screen is easy to use with preset drinks, and it helps with tamping and milk frothing, making decent coffee without much effort.
- Cons: One thing bugged me is the price, it seems fairly high for what it does, and I had some issues with consistency in the coffee quality, sometimes it's great, other times not so much. The milk frothing can be a bit finicky with non-dairy options, and it takes up a lot of counter space.
