as a student living in toulouse, i bought this to enhance my learning and capture beautiful aerial views for my projects. i'm extremely enthusiastic about how it brings a new perspective to my hobby of reading and exploring nature—it's like having my own eye in the sky! i used it during a weekend outing with my child, and we had a blast filming the landscapes. from what i feel, it's well-made and reliable for most uses, though i wish it were a bit more intuitive for someone not tech-savvy. overall, it's a wonderful tool that adds a lot of joy to my life, and i'd recommend it with some patience for learning.
- Pros: in my opinion, the camera captures footage that looks extremely clear and detailed, almost like a professional documentary. i love how it returns to me automatically if it loses connection or the battery gets low, which makes me feel secure. the controller with its built-in screen shows all the flight information clearly, and it hovers very steadily in the air, making it easy to control even for a beginner like me. from what i feel, the flight time is generous with the extra battery, allowing for long sessions of exploration.
- Cons: however, it can be a bit tricky to set up the advanced functions like following a subject or mapping a path, and i sometimes struggle with the controls in windy conditions. the initial learning curve was steeper than i expected, and it feels a bit bulky to carry around on trips. in my opinion, the real-time video feed isn't always perfectly smooth, which can be frustrating when trying to capture precise moments.
