I picked this up for some home music projects, thinking it'd be a good fit since I'm fairly competent with tech stuff. Used it for a couple of months now, and while it gets the job done, I'm not super impressed. The keys are a bit cramped, and after a while, my fingers start to ache. The pads work well for drum sounds, but the overall feel is just okay, nothing special. It connects easily to my computer, no issues there, but I expected more for the price. Probably won't upgrade soon, but it's functional if you're on a budget. Not bad, not great. 😕
- Pros: The keys feel decent for the size, and the pads are responsive for tapping out beats. It's fairly compact, so it doesn't take up much space on my desk. The included software was a nice touch, giving me a head start without extra costs.
- Cons: The build quality feels a bit flimsy, and the keys are a bit small for my hands, making longer sessions uncomfortable. The sequencer is okay but not as intuitive as I hoped, and it's most likely not the most durable option out there.
