As someone who's always hunting for a good deal, I had high hopes for this, but it fell short. I bought it for my grandkids, thinking it'd be a fun STEM activity, but the app problems made it less enjoyable. On the plus side, when it worked, the kids loved the transformation feature, and it did encourage some problem-solving. But overall, it's not as reliable as I'd like, and for the price, I expected better quality. Maybe it's just me, but I'm fairly unimpressed—it could be a decent toy with improvements, but right now, it's just okay.
- Pros: The building blocks are quite sturdy and the transformation from car to robot is a neat trick that kept my grandkids engaged for a while. It's a game changer in how it combines physical play with digital control, making it feel modern and educational without being too flashy.
- Cons: The app control was fairly finicky and disconnected often, which was frustrating. Assembly took longer than expected, and some pieces didn't fit well, leading to a bit of disappointment. Delivery was delayed a day, but that was the least of the issues—could be wrong, but it felt overpriced for what you get.
