Before getting this, my smart home was a mess with different gadgets not talking to each other, and I had to use multiple apps to control everything. After setting this up, it's much better—most things work together now, and I can manage them all from one place. But it's not perfect; I wish it supported more devices and had better range. As a gift buyer, I thought it would be a great present, but now I'm a bit neutral because it doesn't cover all bases. For someone with a smaller setup, it might be fine, but for advanced users like me, it falls short in some areas.
- Pros: From what I feel, it's incredibly easy to set up, just plug it in and it works without any hassle. I liked that it connects all my smart gadgets wirelessly and lets me control them from anywhere using the app, which is stable and reliable. The design is sleek and blends in well with my home decor.
- Cons: I was disappointed that it only supports certain types of devices, so not everything in my smart home could connect, which limits its usefulness. The range isn't great either; I had to place it centrally to avoid dropouts, and it doesn't work as well in larger spaces.
