I bought this hoping to keep an eye on things while I'm gardening or away, but from what I feel, it's been a letdown. Just last week, my neighbor dropped by, and it didn't even notify me—I only found out later from a note! It's an acquired taste, I guess, but honestly, I'm fairly disappointed. It does the basics, but not consistently. I wanted something simple and reliable for home security, and this just doesn't cut it. Maybe it's okay for casual use, but for me, it's not worth the hassle.
- Pros: It arrived quickly, which was nice. I like that I can see who's at the door on my phone without getting up, and it's fairly easy to install without any wires. The sound feature lets me talk to people, which is handy for telling delivery folks where to leave packages.
- Cons: BUT it doesn't always work right—sometimes it misses people or sets off alarms for no reason, like when a bird flies by. The battery doesn't last as long as I hoped, and it's a bit tricky to connect with my other home devices. For the price, I expected better reliability.
