SmartGears DG06 Wireless Sports Bluetooth Headset with Bone Conduction: Bone conduction technology
Ever tried listening to your favorite tunes while still catching every sound around you? The Wireless Sports Bluetooth Headset makes it possible, thanks to its bone conduction tech—yeah, it sends music straight through your cheekbones (sounds sci-fi, but it's real). Perfect for those who love to stay active but don't want to miss a beat—or a bike bell. And with wireless Bluetooth, say goodbye to those annoying cable tangles (we've all been there). Plus, the non-insert ear design means you can wear these bad boys all day without feeling like you've got something stuck in your ears. Light as a feather and tough as nails, it's the go-to gear for runners, cyclists, and anyone who likes to move without missing out on the world around them.

As a builder, I'm always looking for practical tools, and this headset caught my eye with its promise of staying aware of my environment. I expected it to be a game-changer for my home and garden projects, but reality was a mixed bag. It did let me hear things like approaching cars or birds chirping, which is VERY helpful, but the audio itself was just okay—not terrible, but not great either. For the price, it seemed a bit overhyped; it works fine for casual use, but I wouldn't rely on it for anything serious. Overall, it's functional but not exceptional, and I'm on the fence about keeping it.
- Pros: I liked that I could hear my surroundings while listening to music, which felt very safe for walks around Denver. The wireless feature was intuitive and eliminated cable mess, and the lightweight design made it comfortable to wear all day without feeling intrusive.
- Cons: The sound quality wasn't as rich as I hoped—music seemed a bit thin and lacked depth. It didn't block out much noise, which could be distracting in noisy areas. The fit wasn't perfect for my head shape and felt a bit loose during movement.
