as a stay-at-home parent with multiple kids and pets, i was looking for something to make life easier, and this does help keep the animals hydrated without constant refills. i found a hack: placing it on a stable surface away from vibrations helps with the sensor issues. overall, it's decent, but not perfect—it gets the job done without any major problems, though i wish it were quieter and more reliable. i'd recommend it with some reservations, especially if you have space and don't mind occasional quirks.
- Pros: it worked right away when i set it up, which was a relief. the water stays fresh and flowing, and my pets seem to drink more from it, which is good for their health. the large tank means i don't have to refill it too often, and it's easy to clean.
