I bought this as a gift for my partner, thinking it would be a practical thing for our DIY efforts around the house and car. Used it a couple of times when the battery died unexpectedly—it did the job, but not without some frustration. The jump-start feature got us going, but it took a few tries, and I'm not extremely impressed with how reliable it feels long-term. For inflating tyres, it's decent, but I expected it to be quicker. Overall, it's okay for emergencies, but I wouldn't rely on it for daily use. It's saved us once or twice, so I suppose it's worth having around, but I'm not thrilled with it.
- Pros: It's extremely handy to have a single device that can both start the car and pump up tyres without needing another vehicle or a power outlet nearby. The wireless part is a lifesaver, no more fumbling with cables when you're already stressed out. It's small enough to tuck away in the boot without taking up much space, which I appreciate.
- Cons: From what I feel, it doesn't work with every car out there, despite the claims, and I had a bit of trouble getting it to start my older model. The battery doesn't last as long as I'd hoped after a few uses, and the inflation can be a bit slow if you're in a real hurry. The courier called ahead for delivery, which was polite, but the packaging was a bit flimsy.
