as a healthcare worker with a young kid at home i needed something to light up hallways safely without waking anyone up this bxhoom light seemed like a good fix at first it solved the problem of fumbling for switches and my child loves the colorful lights but after using it for a couple months the battery life is a letdown and the unreliable sensor means it doesnt always work when i need it most it does add a nice touch for travel or redecorating but overall it feels a bit flimsy and not as dependable as i hoped
- Pros: the light turns on automatically when i walk in which is extremely helpful at night and saves me from tripping over things in the dark, plus it was a breeze to set up with no wires needed and the colors are fun to change for different moods
- Cons: it eats through batteries faster than i expected which is annoying and the motion sensor sometimes misses me or goes off for no reason, also the sticky part doesn't hold well on some surfaces so it falls off easily
