I bought this as a gift for my wife, thinking it would make our home safer and more convenient. I'm an advanced tech user, so I had high expectations. The reality is, it works well for basic use—the long range and durable build are definite pros, and my child finds the ringtones fun. But honestly, the limitation with the indoor unit not being able to call out is a letdown; it feels like a missed opportunity for better communication. It's not a bad product, just not as seamless as I imagined. I'd recommend it with some reservations, especially if you're on a tight budget like me.
