As a brand loyalist, I usually stick with HUAYEYC, but this one left me a bit critical. I bought it for my small shop in Surat, hoping to greet customers automatically. The first week, it worked okay—caught people entering and played my custom 'Welcome in!' message. But then, it started acting up; false alarms from pets or even shadows made it annoying. I'm a competent user with multiple degrees, so I know how to set things up, but this feels half-baked. It's ironic because the idea is smart, but the execution falls short. I keep it around because when it works, it's handy, but I'm extremely disappointed it didn't live up to the hype. Maybe with some tweaks, it could be better, but for now, it's just mediocre.
