so why did i buy this well it was a gift for my partner and me since we wanted something to watch our door without a lot of fuss and it does that pretty well i can check whos there from my phone while im at work or gaming and its nice to chat with delivery guys but its not perfect i mean the issues with battery and connection are a letdown and i wish it was more reliable overall but for the price and ease of use its decent just not amazing i might recommend it if youre on a budget and dont mind the quirks but honestly i was hoping for something a bit better given the brand name
- Pros: i got this as a gift and it was super easy to set up just plug it in connect to wifi and it works right away no tools needed which is great for a beginner like me the video is really clear and sharp so i can see everything at my door perfectly and i love that i can talk to people through my phone no matter where i am it makes me feel secure and the motion alerts are smart they mostly ignore pets and other stuff so fewer annoying false alarms
- Cons: i expected better honestly the battery life isnt great it drains pretty fast and i have to charge it often which is a hassle also sometimes the connection drops and i miss notifications which is frustrating for a security device and the audio quality could be better it sounds a bit muffled at times not as crisp as id like
