As a grandma in Atlanta, I bought this to help manage the lights around the house, especially with the kids always leaving things on. I've been using it for a couple of months now, and it's been okay. It's handy not worrying about batteries, and I appreciate how simple it was to install—just plugged it in and it started working. But it's not perfect; sometimes the signal doesn't reach from the living room to the bedroom, and I had to move it closer to get it to work consistently. For the price, it's a decent helper, but I wish it was a bit more reliable. :)
