Before buying this, I was spending hours every month cleaning my windows manually, which was a real chore. Now, it's nice to have a helper, but it's not perfect. It does a good job on easy days, but if there's dried-on dirt or I'm in a hurry, I end up having to step in. It's enthusiastic in its movements, but the cleaning isn't always thorough. I'd recommend it for light maintenance, but not for deep cleans. Overall, it's an improvement, but I'm still waiting for it to live up to the hype.
- Pros: It's fairly easy to set up, and the manual was useful for getting started. I like how it moves on its own, cleaning both sides of the glass without me having to do much. The safety features give me peace of mind, especially since I live in a high-rise, and it hasn't fallen off yet. The cleaning pads do a decent job with dust, and it's quiet enough that I can forget it's running.
