As a dad with multiple kids in Philly, I was excited to find a solution for our high-up windows, but this HMC robot has been a letdown. After using it for a couple of weeks, I've picked up a few tips: always check the water level before starting and be ready to guide it manually for tricky areas. It's ironic how something that promises to save time ends up needing so much attention. For the price, I expected better performance—it's just not worth the hassle for me. Stick to traditional methods or look for something more reliable if you're serious about clean windows! 😕
- Pros: This thing is incredibly easy to set up and works out of the box, which is a huge plus for someone like me who isn't tech-savvy. I love how thin it is—it glides over the glass smoothly and the water spray does a decent job without leaving streaks. The remote control is handy for operating it from the couch, and it picks up dust well, making it useful for those hard-to-reach windows.
- Cons: From what I feel, it doesn't live up to the hype. It struggles with larger windows and often gets stuck or misses spots, requiring me to intervene. The vacuum function isn't as powerful as I hoped, leaving behind some debris, and the water spray can run out quickly, forcing frequent refills.
