Before I got this thing I was spending weekends climbing up to clean windows by hand which was a pain and honestly a bit dangerous with my age and all now I just set it up and watch it do the work it's not perfect but it saves me a lot of effort the courier called ahead for delivery which was nice and it arrived quickly as a brand loyalist I trust Tosima and this seems like a step up from older models I've tried it works well on most windows but struggles a bit with thicker grime overall I'm happy with the purchase though it could be better :)
- Pros: After adjusting settings it does a fairly good job cleaning windows without me having to risk my neck on a ladder the safety features seem solid and it avoids bumping into things well the remote is handy for lazy days and it sprays water in both directions which helps with tough spots
- Cons: It seems a bit noisy when running and the mops wear out faster than I expected had to replace them after a few uses which is annoying the initial setup took some time to figure out from the manual and it doesn't handle very large windows as smoothly as I hoped
