Decision:

I bought this on impulse after seeing an ad, thinking it would save me time with window cleaning. As a sales manager, I'm used to things working perfectly, but this seems just okay. It cleaned my windows once, and while it did remove most dirt, it left some spots and the small tank meant I had to stop and refill it mid-clean. The grip is reliable, but the noise bothered me a bit. Controlling it with the app was easy, but the return feature glitched once. Overall, it's helpful but not amazing—I'd say it's a so-so purchase for the price. Maybe good for light cleaning, but not for heavy jobs. 😕

• Pros: It does a fairly good job cleaning windows without me lifting a finger, and it sticks to the glass well so I don't worry about it falling. The water spray helps avoid streaks, and I can control it from my phone, which is handy.
• Cons: The water tank is small, so it needs refilling often, and it's not as powerful as I hoped for tough dirt. The noise is noticeable, and the automatic return doesn't always work smoothly. Delivery was delayed a day, but that's so-so.

first impression was positive. the device is straightforward to set up, and it does what it promises. it's not perfect, but for the price and the convenience, it's a solid choice. i've used it for a couple of weeks now, and it's made window cleaning much less of a chore. it's not as thorough as a professional clean, but for regulra maintenance, it's very effective. i'd recommend it to anyone who hates cleaning windows as much as i do.
