As a sales manager, I'm used to things working as advertised, but this fell short. I bought it hoping to save time on chores, especially with my interest in cooking taking up my free time, but reality hit hard. It does clean well when it works, but the setup was confusing, and I spent more time troubleshooting than enjoying the benefits. Living in Birmingham with a low income, this felt like a splurge that didn't pay off. I could be wrong, but it just doesn't meet my perfectionist standards—maybe it's okay for occasional use, but I'm not fully convinced. Overall, it's a mixed bag; does the job but with too many caveats. :)

It doesn't work on surfaces that aren't perfectly smooth or have any damage, which is a big letdown. The cleaning process can be a bit messy sometimes, and I'm extremely disappointed that it requires specific cleaning fluids—anything else could ruin it. For the price, I expected more reliability and less hassle.
