Before I got this, I had a basic thermostat that was simple but manual. I thought upgrading to a smart one would save me money and make life easier, especially since I'm always on the go. After installing it, I found that controlling it from my phone is nice, but it doesn't play well with my electric heating—sometimes it feels too cold or too hot, and my bills haven't gone down. For the price, I expected better performance; it's a good 3/5 at best, but honestly, I'm disappointed. I probably won't recommend it to friends unless they have a very specific setup.
- Pros: I liked that I could adjust the temperature from my phone without getting up, which is incredibly convenient. The screen is clear and easy to read, so no more squinting to see the settings.
- Cons: It most likely doesn't work well with my heating system, leading to inconsistent temperatures and higher energy bills. The setup was frustrating and took way longer than expected, making it feel like more hassle than it's worth.
