before i got this, i was using a traditional mop and bucket, and it was such a hassle—always dripping water and taking forever to dry. now, with this cleaner, it's like night and day. it heats up the water to wash away dirt and dries itself quickly, so i don't have to wait around. it adjusts how it cleans based on what it's picking up, which is smart, but i wish it were a bit quieter and lighter. overall, it's made my diy cleaning projects much easier, and i appreciate not having to deal with tangled cords or messy buckets anymore. it's not perfect, but it does the job well for most situations :)
- Pros: from what I feel, this thing is a real workhorse for cleaning up both dry and wet messes without needing a cord. it gets into tight spots easily and cleans itself, which saves me a lot of time and effort. the suction is strong enough to handle pet hair and spills, and it doesn't leave streaks behind, making my floors look great.
- Cons: it's a bit too heavy for my liking, and the noise level is higher than i expected, which can be annoying during use. sometimes it struggles with very thick carpets, and the initial setup was a bit confusing for someone like me who's not too tech-savvy.
