I picked this up as a gift from the store, convenient enough, but honestly, I'm quite disappointed. Used it for a week or so, and while the design is comfy for core workouts, it didn't live up to the hype. As an entrepreneur with multiple degrees, I expected more for the price, and it just didn't feel worth it. Maybe good for beginners, but for me, it's a pass. Ugh.
- Pros: The hoop was quite easy to adjust with its removable parts, allowing me to change the weight as it suited my mood, and it kept track of my movements automatically which was handy for monitoring progress.
