Bought this as a gift for my son to use in his backyard, thinking it would add some nice lighting for evening gatherings. It does the job, but I expected more punch from the lights. Installation was straightforward, just peel and stick, but I had to use extra tape in some areas to keep it secure. The dimmer is handy, though—easy to use even for someone like me who's not big on tech. For the price, it's okay, but not amazing. Would recommend if you're on a budget and need something simple. :)
- Pros: I can say for sure, the strip is fairly easy to install with its bendy design—no special tools needed, just stick it where you want. The dimmer is a nice touch, letting me adjust the light with a simple tap, and it works with any USB port, which is convenient. Seems durable for outdoor use, handled a bit of rain without issues.
- Cons: The brightness isn't as strong as I hoped; in some spots, it seems a bit dim even at the highest setting. The adhesive backing could be better—it peeled off in a couple of places after a while. Also, the length options might be confusing if you're not careful with measurements.
