My first impression was mixed; I was excited about the style and the adaptive lenses, but the delays in delivery set a negative tone right off the bat. As a brand loyalist, I had high hopes for Wipon, but this pair didn't fully meet my expectations. The lenses work decently in most situations, but they're not as responsive as I'd like, especially when stepping outside suddenly. The lightweight frame is a plus, but it doesn't feel as sturdy as other options I've tried. Overall, they're okay for casual use, but I'm a bit disappointed given the price and my usual positive experiences with the brand. I might keep them for low-key days, but I won't be rushing to recommend them to others.
- Pros: The frames are incredibly lightweight and comfortable, making them easy to wear all day without any discomfort. I love how the lenses adjust to different lighting conditions, which is extremely handy for moving between indoors and outdoors without needing to switch glasses. The vintage design looks stylish and has gotten me a few compliments, which is a nice bonus.
- Cons: Shipping took longer than expected, which was frustrating. The lenses don't change as quickly as I'd hoped in bright sunlight, leading to some squinting at times. Compared to what I used before, the build quality feels a bit less durable, and the fit isn't perfect for my face shape, causing occasional slippage.
