as someone who's super into tech and travels a lot, i was really excited to get this for our home to reduce clutter. but after using it for a couple of weeks, i'm not thrilled. it arrived a day late, but that was fine—no big deal. setting it up was straightforward, which i appreciated. however, when i plugged in my phone and tablet, the charging wasn't as fast as i hoped; it could be wrong, but it felt like it took longer than my old charger. sometimes one port would work fine, but the other wouldn't recognize a device, which is frustrating when you need to charge multiple things. i also noticed it gets warm after a while, which makes me a bit nervous about safety, even though it's supposed to be smart about power. for the price, i expected better reliability. overall, it's okay for basic use, but i wouldn't recommend it if you need something dependable for daily charging. maybe it's just my unit, but i'm not super happy with it.
