As a teacher on a tight budget I was excited to try this out for my classroom and home desk setup. I mean does it work well for humidifying? Not really it's more of a decorative thing with some scent. The quiet operation is a plus but the mist is barely noticeable after a week of use. I could be wrong but it feels like it's just not powerful enough for what I need. For music lovers like me who want a comfortable space it's okay for ambiance but don't expect it to solve dry air issues. Overall it's a cute gadget but not a must-have.
- Pros: It's fairly easy to set up and plugs right into my computer's USB port which is handy for my desk at school. I liked that it runs quietly so it doesn't disturb my lessons and the light adds a cozy vibe to my room. The scent options are fun for making my space smell better without spending a lot.
- Cons: It doesn't really add much moisture to the air like I hoped so my dry Seattle room still feels parched. The water tank is small so I have to refill it often which gets annoying. After a short time the mist output seems weak and it could be more effective for the price.
