I bought this as a gift for my wife since she's always losing things and our kids are rough on remotes packaging was intact when it arrived and I've been using it for a couple months now it's fairly reliable and does the job well no need for expensive fixes just a simple swap and you're back in control it's not perfect but for the price it's a solid choice :)
- Pros: This thing really saved my bacon when my old remote died it feels great in the hand no cramps during long movie nights and setting it up was super easy even for someone like me who isn't a tech whiz it works perfectly with my LG TV handling all the basic stuff like changing channels and adjusting volume without any hiccups
- Cons: From what I feel it doesn't have all the fancy buttons the original had so some advanced features are missing and it took a bit to get used to the layout but it grew on me over time
