i bought this as a gift for my husband, who's into cycling and likes practical stuff, and he found it useful for his workshop too. an acquired taste, but it does the job without fuss. tip: if you're mounting it, make sure the surface is clean and maybe add your own adhesive for a better hold. it's not perfect, but for the price, it's a decent addition to brighten up dark spots. i'd recommend it with a caveat to watch the heat and stickiness.
- Pros: very easy to install under my kitchen cabinets, just stick it on and plug in. the touch sensor works well with a simple tap to turn it on and off, and i like that i can adjust the brightness to make it softer for late nights. it fits nicely in small spaces and comes with different plug options, which was handy for my setup in france. the light itself is bright and even, making it great for cooking or just adding a modern touch.
- Cons: from what i feel, the adhesive could be stronger; it started to peel a bit after a few weeks, so i had to reinforce it with extra tape. also, the light gets a bit warm after being on for a while, which makes me a bit skeptical about long-term use. the size options are limited, so it might not fit every cabinet perfectly without some adjustments.
