As a family buyer who enjoys music and concerts, I was hoping this would upgrade my car's tech for better audio and navigation. I installed it myself, and while it was easy to put in, it hasn't lived up to expectations. The voice control is hit or miss—sometimes it works, other times it ignores me, which is frustrating when I'm driving with the family. The display is nice, but it doesn't add much over the stock system, and for the cost, I expected more reliability.
