so i got this thing a couple weeks ago and it's been decent for what it is you know as a builder i appreciate stuff that's simple and does more than one job this light is like that it's not fancy but it works well i use it mostly in my bedroom at night when i want to wind down or maybe charge my phone while i sleep the light is soft and doesn't strain my eyes which is nice since i'm not into bright lights it has a few levels of brightness and you just tap it to change them no buttons to fumble with in the dark which is a plus but sometimes it feels too easy to tap it by accident and mess up the setting i wish it had a way to lock it or something but for the price it's okay it charges devices pretty fast not super fast but enough for overnight and it doesn't get hot or anything which is good i don't have kids so i can't say about that part but for me it's a good deal it's small and portable so i can take it with me if i need some light for photos or videos in low light situations overall it seems like a solid little gadget does what it says and doesn't cost much would i recommend it yeah if you need a simple light and charger combo it's worth it
- Pros: i really like how it gives off a soft light that you can adjust to just the right level for reading or relaxing and it's super handy that it charges my phone too no need for extra cords cluttering up the space and it's small so i can move it around easily from my nightstand to my desk plus it plugs into any usb port which is great for when i'm on the go or using my laptop
- Cons: the touch control can be a bit sensitive sometimes i tap it and it changes when i didn't mean to and it doesn't get super bright which might not be enough for some tasks but for me it's fine since i just use it for a gentle glow
