As a mom who enjoys cycling and scooters around San Antonio, I wanted something to light up those evening family rides. These Hella lights do the job well, cutting through darkness and making everything visible. The ability to switch between white and amber is cool for different moods or situations. But I had some trouble getting them set up properly; it took me a while to figure out the wiring, and I'm not sure if I did it right. The cornering part is supposed to help with turns, but it doesn't always activate when I need it, which is a bit frustrating. On the bright side, once they're on, they're super effective and have held up fine over a couple of months of use. I'd say they're a decent buy if you're willing to put in a little extra effort or get help with installation. Could be wrong, but for the price, I expected a bit more ease of use. :)
- Pros: The lights are incredibly bright and make night rides feel much safer, like having a small sun attached to my scooter. I love that they can change colors easily, adding a fun personal touch. Delivery was quick, which was nice.
- Cons: Installation was a bit tricky for someone like me who's not great with tech, and the cornering feature doesn't always work smoothly—it feels a bit finicky. They're fairly bulky, which could be an issue for some setups.
