I got this light for my garden path hoping it would make things safer and easier but honestly it's a bit hit or miss. It works well on sunny days and lights up the area nicely which I appreciate but on cloudy days it doesn't last as long and I have to move it around to catch more sun. The motion part is good for security but it false alarms a lot which makes me jump sometimes haha :) I'm a beginner with tech stuff so setting it up was okay but tweaking the sensor to avoid animals was tricky and I'm still not sure I did it right. Overall it's a decent product for the price and it does what it says mostly but I expected a bit more reliability. I'd recommend it with some patience needed.
- Pros: I super like that it uses the sun to power up so I don't have to deal with any wires or extra costs for electricity. It lights up when someone walks by which is great for safety and it stops when no one is around saving energy. The light is bright enough to see clearly and it feels sturdy even in bad weather.
- Cons: From what I feel it doesn't always charge well if it's not in a super sunny spot and sometimes it turns on for no reason like when a small animal passes by which is annoying. I wish it was easier to adjust so it only detects people not every little thing.
