I bought this on a whim because I wanted to upgrade my home lighting, and I expected it to be a game-changer for my cozy gaming sessions. In reality, it's decent but not amazing. The setup was straightforward, and I appreciate that I can control it with my voice through my assistant, making it feel modern. But the light output isn't as bright as I'd like for reading or detailed tasks, and it has occasional hiccups where it doesn't listen. For the price, it's okay, but I wish it were more reliable and powerful. It does add a nice touch to the room, though, and I might keep it for mood lighting :)
- Pros: I liked how easy it was to get this light working with my other smart gadgets; it connected without any trouble and fits right into the ceiling for a clean look. Being able to adjust the brightness with just my voice is super handy, and I can say for sure it saves me from fumbling for switches in the dark.
- Cons: The light feels a bit too dim at times, even on the higher settings, and it doesn't blend as well with my older fixtures as I hoped. Sometimes the voice commands don't respond right away, which can be frustrating when I'm in a hurry.
