i bought this as a gift for my wife since we have kids and our windows get messy fast from all their antics. i was pretty skeptical—thought it might just be another gadget that doesn't deliver. but honestly, it's quite useful. it cleaned our patio door and some indoor windows without much fuss, and the different cleaning patterns it uses actually work well for getting into corners. picked it up from the store, which was convenient, and it's held up over the few weeks i've had it. not perfect, but it does the job and saves me from climbing ladders, which is a win in my book. would recommend with some patience for the quirks.
