i bought this as a gift for my family, and my expectation was that it would be a simple, smart device to manage our home's temperature. in reality, while it does a good job overall, there were some hiccups. the packaging was intact when it arrived, which was nice. i've been using it for a couple of weeks now, and it's mostly reliable, but not without its flaws. for a beginner like me, the technical aspects were a bit overwhelming at first, but i got the hang of it. it's not perfect, but it gets the job done and adds a modern touch to our home. as it seemed to me, it's a solid choice if you're looking for something basic and connected.
