as a dad with one kid this thing has been pretty useful overall i’ve had it for a couple months now and it’s held up well the packaging was fine nothing fancy but it got here safe a tip i found is to adjust the motion settings early on to avoid false alarms and using it without wifi saves battery if you don’t need remote access it’s not perfect but for the price it does what i need and i’d stick with this brand in the future since i trust them now
- Pros: i quite liked that i could watch two rooms at once on the screen it made keeping an eye on my kid and the nursery easy without switching views the battery lasted a long time which was great for overnight use and being able to talk through it helped soothe my child when i wasn’t in the room the option to use it with or without internet was handy too as it seemed to me it worked well either way
- Cons: the motion alerts were a bit sensitive at times setting off for small things like a pet moving around which got annoying also sharing the feed with others was cool but it felt a bit complicated to set up initially and the screen size was fine but could be bigger for easier viewing
