before this i was using an old basic vacuum that barely did the job and i had to mop separately which was a hassle. now with this dreame thing it's all in one and it feels like a big upgrade. it vacuums and mops at the same time which saves me a lot of time and effort. the self-drying feature works well and keeps everything fresh. it's not perfect though as it can be loud and a bit cumbersome but overall it's made cleaning much easier for us. the packaging was intact when it arrived and it was easy to unbox. i'd recommend it to others who want a simpler way to keep their floors clean :)
- Pros: i got this as a gift for my wife and it's been fairly great at handling all sorts of messes around the house. the way it cleans up spills and dirt without needing me to do much is a real time-saver. it seems to get into corners easily and the self-cleaning feature means i don't have to worry about maintenance. the sound is clear when it's working and it dries itself quickly which prevents any bad smells. the tanks are big enough that i don't have to stop and refill often.
- Cons: it's a bit heavy to carry around and the noise level is higher than i expected which can be annoying. sometimes it seems to struggle on very thick carpets and the voice guidance can be a bit too chatty for my liking. the initial setup took a while to figure out as it's not the simplest device to start with.
