as an older woman who's into tech, i was excited to try this out after hearing about it. before, i used a basic watch that just counted steps, but this one is a game-changer. it's like having a mini health monitor that gives me peace of mind, especially since i'm active with cycling and scooters. the insights it provides have made me more aware of my body, and i've even shared the data with my family, which they find helpful. overall, it's a solid device that does what it promises, though it has its small flaws. i'd recommend it to others looking for a bit more health tracking without going overboard.
- Pros: before i got this, i was just guessing about my health, but now it feels like i have a little helper on my wrist that keeps an eye on things. it's amazing how it can check my heart and blood flow, and even give hints about stuff like fats and acids in my body, all without needing to visit a clinic. the ai part makes sense of the data in a way that's easy to understand, and i love that it's from prisma, a brand i trust. it's been great for staying active with my cycling, as it tracks everything smoothly.
- Cons: a couple of nitpicks: it sometimes seems too sensitive, picking up minor changes that might not matter, and the battery doesn't last as long as i'd like, needing a charge every day or so. also, while it's helpful, it can't replace a real doctor's advice, so i have to be careful not to rely on it too much.
