so why did i buy this well i wanted something to help me stay on top of my health since im retired and have more time to focus on that it does a good job overall the design is restrained and doesn't stand out too much which i like and it's very easy to use even for someone like me who isn't super techy but has handled gadgets before the delivery was quick which was a plus i use it daily for tracking my walks with the pets and it gives me peace of mind with the constant monitoring but i wouldn't rely on it for medical decisions just as a general guide it's a solid choice if you're looking for a stylish health tracker but not perfect hence the four stars
- Pros: i got this as a gift for myself and it looks very sleek on my wrist the screen is sharp and easy to read even in bright texas sun it tracks my heart rate and other health stuff continuously which is handy for keeping an eye on things without much fuss and it pairs well with my phone so i can see notifications without pulling it out
- Cons: from what i feel the health readings can be a bit off sometimes like when i check my blood pressure it doesn't always match my doctors measurements and the battery doesn't last as long as id like maybe a day or so before needing a charge which is annoying for something i wear all the time also the touchscreen can be slow to respond when my hands are sweaty after walking the dog
