i got this watch hoping it would help me keep an eye on my health since i'm getting older and have a busy life with the kids, teaching all day, and trying to stay active. compared to my old basic watch, this one does more, but i'm a bit disappointed. the heart monitoring seems solid, and i like getting alerts for calls and messages without digging for my phone, but some of the health readings seem off—maybe it's just me, but i could be wrong. it's an acquired taste, and while it's handy, i'm skeptical about relying on it for serious health stuff. not bad for the price though, and it works well enough for daily use :)
