Before I got this SACOSDING watch, I was just guessing about my health, maybe checking my pulse now and then. Now, I can say for sure it's given me a better picture of how I'm doing day to day. It's quite helpful for staying on top of things without making a big deal out of it. Not perfect, but a solid step up from nothing.
- Pros: I liked how it checks my heart and blood pressure without any extra gear, and the cushion is quite comfy for all-day wear. The calling feature is handy when I'm driving, and it keeps an eye on my oxygen and temperature, which feels reassuring.
- Cons: I could be wrong, but the readings might not be as accurate as a doctor's tools, and sometimes it feels a bit bulky. The battery doesn't last as long as I'd hoped, and setup took some fiddling.
