as someone who's been around the block and likes to research things before buying, i picked this up for my travels and daily use. it's fairly practical for checking my health stats and making calls from my wrist, which saves me from fumbling with my phone. the battery life is a plus, lasting me through a week without a hitch, and i appreciate that it fits well with my style. however, it could be better at monitoring things like sleep and stress; it often seems off, and that's a letdown. versus similar watches i've tried, it holds its own but isn't perfect. overall, it does the job, but i expected a bit more precision for the price.
- Pros: it hums fairly well for keeping track of my heart and how much oxygen is in my blood, which is handy for an old guy like me. i like that it works with any phone i have and lets me talk to the assistant without pulling out my device. the battery lasts a good while, about a week, so i don't have to charge it all the time. changing the band makes it comfortable, and the screen is clear with lots of different looks to choose from.
- Cons: could be wrong, but it feels a bit disappointing that it doesn't always catch my stress levels right, especially on busy days. compared to other options, the call quality isn't the best, and i wish it was more accurate when i'm moving around a lot. setting it up was easy, but sometimes it acts up with the health tracking.
